I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, though a bit warm, and the toilet paper was very thin. The service was top-notch, very responsive, and polite; I couldn't fault anything. The location was ideal, close to the metro stations and surrounded by restaurants and other services. The dining experience was mostly continental but well-stocked, with a bit of room for improvement. Overall, a great value for money.

I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a great hot shower, but I missed having a rail for towels. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - on one hand, they were constantly restocking food to ensure it was fresh and warm, but on the other hand, a staff member approached us in a rude and aggressive way without any apologies. The location worked well for me, being close to places I liked, but it was far from the historic center. The dining was good, though the same every day, and the facilities met my basic needs.
